Team training - Turn new tools into a team habit.

Skills for everyday work.

I run workshops on participants’ real tasks. The goal is skills that are useful on Monday morning, not a presentation about what AI can do.

Who this is for

  • Your team uses AI each in their own way and the results are very uneven.
  • You rolled out a tool but people went back to the old way of working.
  • You want to be sure nobody pastes client data where it does not belong.
  • You want the knowledge to stay in the company, not in one person’s head.

In what form

  • AI foundations workshop

For a whole team, up to 8 people. Afterwards the team can handle typical tasks with AI and knows when not to trust it.

  • Workshop for sales

Preparing a quote, answering an enquiry, summarising a call, preparing for a meeting, tidying CRM notes.

  • Workshop for marketing

Working with content: materials, message variants, service descriptions, keeping the brand tone.

How it runs

  1. Building the scenario

    before the workshop

I collect participants’ real tasks and build the workshop on them. The scenario follows your process, not generic examples.

Result: A scenario matched to the roles in your team

  2. The workshop

    up to 4 h

Work on participants’ own examples. It closes with an exercise: completing an agreed task unaided - so it is clear whether the skill actually landed.

Result: The team completes a task on its own

  3. Materials and instructions

    after the workshop

Instructions written for job roles, a library of ready prompts and templates for typical documents. The knowledge stays in the company even when someone leaves.

Result: A full set of materials for work after training

  4. Rules for verifying answers

    part of the workshop

We agree how to check an answer before it reaches a client, which tasks require human review, and what we do not automate at all. This includes how client data is handled.

Result: A checklist and clear limits on AI use

  5. Follow-up session

    3-4 weeks later

A session after the team has worked with the tools in practice. We review what stuck, what does not work and what to correct. That is when the real questions appear.

    Result: Corrected instructions and conclusions

What you get

  • A workshop scenario built on your team’s real tasks.
  • A workshop of up to 4 hours with a closing exercise.
  • Instructions written for job roles and a library of ready prompts.
  • Templates for typical documents and a workshop summary.
  • A checklist for verifying answers and rules for handling client data.
  • A follow-up session 3-4 weeks afterwards.

What this service does not cover

I say this up front, not at the end. If you need any of these, tell me - we will either find a different scope or I will point you to someone else.

  • Room hire and travel costs.
  • Tool licences for participants.
  • Sales technique training.
  • Rolling out tools - that is the AI implementation service.
  • Communication strategy work and running your channels.

What I need from you

  • Participants’ real tasks - a few examples before the workshop.
  • Participant access to the tools we will work on.
  • Permission to work on examples from your company.
  • A group of up to 8 people. A larger one needs splitting.

Common questions

How many people can attend?

Up to eight. Above that a workshop runs quite differently and working on personal examples stops functioning - at that point we split the team into two groups.

Remote or at our office?

Either. Working on your own examples is often easier in a room, but a remote workshop works too - it just needs tighter facilitation.

Will the team actually start using it?

That is what the closing exercise, the role-based materials and the follow-up session after 3-4 weeks are for. A workshop on its own, with no materials and no return to the subject, usually does not stick.

Does the training cover data security?

It covers how client data should be handled in AI tools and the situations where it should not be used. It does not replace an IT security audit or legal advice.

Do we need tools in place before the training?

No. The foundations workshop can run on widely available tools. If you already have your own implementation, we build the scenario around it.

Let's talk

What would you like to improve in your company?

A phone call is the fastest way - the first conversation matters most, because I can ask straight away about what actually counts. Prefer to write? That works too.

Where I workAll of PolandThe first call is always online. After that I can come to your office.

What happens next

  1. I get back to you and ask about whatever I still need to understand the situation.

  2. We book a short online call, usually 30-45 minutes. No slide deck, just questions about your process.

  3. You get a proposed scope with a quote and a description of what the scope does not cover.

Prefer me to call you back?

Leave your details and I will call. I need nothing more at this stage.

Any format, e.g. +48 780 890 568
A few sentences are enough for me to prepare for the call instead of asking about the basics.
