AI opportunity audit - Before you adopt AI, find out where it actually helps.

You know where to start, and why.

The audit ends with a decision backed by discovery, not a list of possibilities. When it is done you know what we do first, who owns it on your side, and how we will know it worked.

Who this is for

  • Your team repeats the same steps and you suspect they could be shorter.
  • You tried AI on your own and it ended as a curiosity rather than a change in how you work.
  • You want to know where to start before spending money on implementation.
  • You need an argument for your board or business partner - based on your own data, not an article online.

How it runs

  1. Discovery

    2-3 h of interviews

I talk to the people who do the work, not only to the decision maker. An owner describes the process as they designed it. An employee describes it as it really runs. The key task here is measuring the starting point: how long the important steps take today.

Result: A process description and a measured starting point

  2. Use-case map

    my own work

For every use case I fill in the full set: task, who uses it, what goes in, what comes out, tool, data, risk, effort. Not "AI in marketing", but "first draft of a service description - Anna, four times a month". I drop ideas that cannot run on the data you actually have.

Result: A use-case list tied to tasks and people

  3. Priorities

    my own work

I rank the use cases by value, frequency, effort, data availability and risk. Every score carries a written assumption - without that a ranking is an opinion, not a finding.

Result: A ranking with stated assumptions

  4. Pilot card

    1 h together

One use case, an owner on your side, success criteria tied to the measured starting point, and a date for the continue-or-stop decision. A pilot should be small enough to finish and meaningful enough to conclude something.

Result: The scope of the first implementation and its decision criteria

  5. Measurement and handover

    my own work

A report, a measurement method and a recommended scope for team training. The document is written so that you can use it without me.

Result: A PDF report and a measurement method

What you get

  • A description of the chosen process with roles, repeated steps and bottlenecks.
  • A measured starting point - how long the key steps take today.
  • A list of AI use cases tied to specific tasks and people.
  • A ranked priority list with the assumption behind every score written out.
  • A pilot card: scope, owner on your side, success criteria, decision date.
  • A PDF report with the measurement method and a recommended training scope.

What this service does not cover

I say this up front, not at the end. If you need any of these, tell me - we will either find a different scope or I will point you to someone else.

  • An IT security audit.
  • Financial analysis or a guaranteed savings figure.
  • Implementing the recommendations - that is a separate engagement.
  • Legal advice on personal data.
  • Buying licences and subscriptions.

What I need from you

  • People available for interviews - roughly 2 hours in total.
  • Permission to look at sample documents from the process.
  • Information about the tools and subscriptions you already use.

Common questions

How long does the audit take?

On your side it is 2-3 hours of interviews plus an hour for the pilot card. The rest is my own work. We set the exact timeline together with the scope, since it depends on the number of processes and people’s availability.

Will I get a figure for how much I will save?

Not as a guarantee - that is not a promise anyone can keep. You get a measured starting point and a measurement method, so that after the pilot there is something to compare. Estimates are described as estimates, with the assumption written out.

Do you look at one process or the whole company?

One by default, chosen together at the start. Each additional process extends the scope and usually goes faster, because the context is already known.

What if it turns out AI gives us nothing?

That is also an audit result and I will say it plainly. Better to learn it after discovery than after implementation.

Do you talk to employees or only to me?

Both. Talking only to the decision maker is the most common mistake in audits like this - the process as described from the top differs from the one that actually happens.

What about our customers’ personal data?

Use cases that touch it are flagged during the mapping stage and revisited at measurement and in the data processing agreement. The audit does not replace legal advice, though.

Let's talk

What would you like to improve in your company?

A phone call is the fastest way - the first conversation matters most, because I can ask straight away about what actually counts. Prefer to write? That works too.

Where I workAll of PolandThe first call is always online. After that I can come to your office.

What happens next

  1. I get back to you and ask about whatever I still need to understand the situation.

  2. We book a short online call, usually 30-45 minutes. No slide deck, just questions about your process.

  3. You get a proposed scope with a quote and a description of what the scope does not cover.

Prefer me to call you back?

Leave your details and I will call. I need nothing more at this stage.

A few sentences are enough for me to prepare for the call instead of asking about the basics.
