AI implementation - A recommendation is not yet a change. A working solution is.
A solution tested on your own work.
I turn audit findings into a tool your team uses day to day. Tested on your real tasks, not on examples from a slide deck.
Who this is for
- You already have audit findings or a well-described process and want to start with one use case.
- Your team uses AI ad hoc, everyone their own way, and the results are uneven.
- Company knowledge is scattered across drives and inboxes, so the tools answer in generalities.
- You want the solution to stay in the company even when someone leaves.
How it runs
-
Solution design
before any buildingI define exactly how it should work: what goes in, what comes out, who uses it and at which point in their work. I choose the tool and justify it, including subscription cost. I also state what the solution will not do - before I build anything, you know what you are getting.
Result: A designed flow and a chosen tool
-
Data and knowledge base
usually the longest stageI organise the material the solution will draw on: service descriptions, price lists, procedures, decision history. I unify the format and remove contradictions and outdated content. Without this step AI answers in generalities.
Result: Organised sources and a list of gaps to fill
-
Build and configuration
my own workI configure the tool, write and test the prompts, and prepare templates and ready scenarios for typical tasks.
Result: A working draft ready for your team to review
-
Testing on real tasks
on a sample of your workWe test the solution on your real tasks and compare the outcome with the starting point measured beforehand. I collect feedback from the people who will use it and make corrections.
Result: A test result compared against the starting point
-
Instructions and handover
at the closeInstructions written for roles, not for the tool. Templates and prompts to copy. Rules for checking answers before use, and a list of situations where the tool should not be relied on.
Result: Your team works without me
What you get
- A solution design describing the data it uses and its limits.
- An organised knowledge base with the gaps you need to fill listed.
- A configured tool with prepared prompts and templates.
- A test result on real tasks, compared against the starting point.
- Role-based instructions and rules for verifying answers.
What this service does not cover
I say this up front, not at the end. If you need any of these, tell me - we will either find a different scope or I will point you to someone else.
- Buying licences and subscriptions - your company covers those.
- Writing software from scratch.
- Creating missing subject-matter content from scratch - quoted separately.
- Changes inside your systems or work on your IT provider’s side.
- A promise of a particular outcome. I report what the test showed.
What I need from you
- Someone on your side who owns the implementation.
- Access to the material the solution should draw on.
- A sample of real tasks for testing.
- A decision on the tool and its subscription.
Common questions
Do we need an audit first?
Not necessarily, but then I need a brief covering the same ground: process, data and starting point. Without it the solution design rests on guesswork.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
It is normal and it is planned for. Organising the knowledge sources is a separate stage and usually the most labour-intensive part of the whole implementation - which is why I quote it openly rather than hiding it inside another line.
Will you connect it to our CRM?
Yes, if the system allows it - I check that during design. I raise it early, because dependence on someone else’s IT is the most common cause of a slipped deadline.
What happens after go-live?
Post-implementation support is billed as a retainer and I only propose it after the pilot is signed off, not before. By then it is clear how much support you actually need.
How will we know it works?
By comparing against the starting point measured before we began. If no such measurement exists, we take one at the start - otherwise there is nothing to compare.

Let's talk
What would you like to improve in your company?
A phone call is the fastest way - the first conversation matters most, because I can ask straight away about what actually counts. Prefer to write? That works too.

Where I workAll of PolandThe first call is always online. After that I can come to your office.
What happens next
I get back to you and ask about whatever I still need to understand the situation.
We book a short online call, usually 30-45 minutes. No slide deck, just questions about your process.
You get a proposed scope with a quote and a description of what the scope does not cover.
Prefer me to call you back?
Leave your details and I will call. I need nothing more at this stage.
I use this data only to call you back and prepare a quote. Details are in the privacy policy.
