Brand and image - Show what your brand stands for.
Consistency that builds trust.
I put your offer and the way you present it in order. Within a few sentences a client should understand who you help and with what - before they get a chance to compare you with anyone else.
Who this is for
- You do several things at once and struggle to explain in one sentence what you do.
- Every piece of material looks like it came from a different company.
- Clients ask about things that are already in your offer - because they cannot see them in your communication.
- You are changing direction and your messaging no longer fits it.
How it runs
-
Communication review
at the startI look at what you currently say about yourself: on your site, in your quotes, on social media. I show where the message diverges and where the audience fails to understand the offer.
Result: A fix list ordered by impact
-
Positioning and messaging
joint workWe establish who you help, with what, and how you differ. The result is a set of ready sentences - a core message, a short and long description, benefit-led service descriptions and calls to action - that you use identically everywhere.
Result: Ready messaging you can reuse
-
Core identity
my own workA mark in variants for different uses, a colour palette with contrast rules, a typeface choice, short usage rules and source files. Enough for every material to look like one company.
Result: Mark, colours, typography and usage rules
-
Sales materials
my own workWhat you actually use when selling: a quote template ready to fill in, a deck cover and layout, a print-ready business card, and templates for social posts.
Result: A full set of everyday sales materials
-
Business photography
shoot organisationA brief for the photographer, a visual direction consistent with the brand, attendance at the shoot, and selecting and preparing the shots for use online. This is an organising role - I do not take the photographs myself.
Result: Shots ready to use online
What you get
- A review of your current materials, flagging contradictions and unclear passages.
- A core message plus a short and a long description of what you do.
- Benefit-led service descriptions, without promises that cannot be kept.
- A mark in variants, a colour palette, a typeface choice and usage rules with source files.
- A quote template, a deck layout, a business card design and post templates.
- A photographer’s brief and prepared shots, if we run a session.
What this service does not cover
I say this up front, not at the end. If you need any of these, tell me - we will either find a different scope or I will point you to someone else.
- Market research, customer research and competitor analysis.
- A full brand book.
- Trademark registration.
- Printing costs and prepress for a specific printer’s requirements.
- Photographer fees, studio hire and styling - you pay those directly.
- Running your social media.
What I need from you
- Access to your current materials: site, quotes, social profiles.
- A conversation about who you help and what sets you apart.
- Decisions - positioning requires a choice, and a choice means giving up part of the audience.
Common questions
How is this different from just getting a logo?
A logo is one element and on its own it organises nothing. The starting point is establishing who you help and with what - only then does it follow how the brand should look and sound.
I already have a logo. Can we keep it?
Usually yes. Then we work on positioning, messaging and materials while the mark stays - provided it is technically usable across different applications.
Do you take the photographs?
Not personally. I prepare the brief, choose the photographer, attend the shoot and select the shots. The photographer’s fee and the studio are on your side.
Will I get a full brand book?
Not within this scope - you get a core identity and short usage rules. A full brand book is a separate and considerably larger piece of work.

Let's talk
What would you like to improve in your company?
A phone call is the fastest way - the first conversation matters most, because I can ask straight away about what actually counts. Prefer to write? That works too.

What happens next
I get back to you and ask about whatever I still need to understand the situation.
We book a short online call, usually 30-45 minutes. No slide deck, just questions about your process.
You get a proposed scope with a quote and a description of what the scope does not cover.
Prefer me to call you back?
